  1. abhishake says:

The hits on ‘Pepsi Max Interview’ just went up :)
(and oh! what else do you expect from this movie)

  2. the2point2 says:

    Me gusta

  3. Farhana says:

I’m SO watching this movie now 😀

  4. Kamal Aakarsh says:

Trinity College is not in Oxford. A mere google search will tell that. Our film-makers are so shallow in film-making and still they make millions out of duds like these :-)

    As usual, hilarious post!

  5. Rahul says:

I can’t even wrap my head around this comic. Don’t know what will happen if I attempt to watch the movie.

  6. Avi says:

    http://www.trinity.ox.ac.uk/

  7. Yateesh says:

The ending of the interview scene is different from the Pepsi commercial! But, “lame enactment” – u got that one right 😀

  8. G N Nagaraj says:

Not as funny as you take on other movies. Got bored midway! having said that you are super cool. Keep up the good work you do.

  9. T says:

    WHAT THE BHEN??????????

  10. Shruthi says:

What e compleet enjoyment this is! 😀 The comic. Not the film!

  11. aditya says:

The best panels were those where the characters are dumbstruck and are just staring. Hilarious!

  12. Asha says:

Not a lot of funnies in this one :-(

  13. Not quote as funny man! I guess the movie is too boring to be translated into an interesting comic strip also…what a shame :(

  14. dinrat says:

not the funniest one, i want my ROFL…

  15. R says:

What a blasted-wasted-of-my-Sunday movie. Reading this review brought back the traumatic memory of each frame of this crapfest. Aaaarghhhh!!!!
Sahil – I don’t think you get paid enough for the torture you endure for us.

  16. Karuna says:

    entertaining as always!!!

  17. Shashwat Gupta says:

Oh Bwai, this is very funny!

  18. lotrix says:

awesome story… it sounds so fcking bad.. happy with the vigil idiots review.. will avoid this movie..

  19. Straight Cut says:

Sahil, being a hard-core Akshay fan, I can’t help but disagree on several supposedly ‘unintentionally funny’ points mentioned by you. Overall, I LOVED the movie, Akshay is back in rocking form after TMK, PH and Thank You. This was good clean FUN and totally paisa-vasool. Alas, the movie is not doing too well at the box-office and so me, the Akki-fan is quite disappointed, but readers, don’t believe this Psycho-Sahil, this review is bullshit!!!

    1. Akshay joining Trinity College: He clearly mentions that he used to study there earlier and dropped out before the last semester. He then re-joins to complete the course.

    2. Akshay and John having no money: After their strip-teasing acts, it is shown quite clearly that they are LOADED. Sahil, don’t tell me you missed that! And John does not stay in a Trailer because he is broke. It is only so that he is close to Deepika.

    3. The strip-teasing bit – My limited knowledge about Strip-tease/ Pole-dancing tells me that these acts are DEFINITELY not equatable to prostitution. You are not even allowed to TOUCH pole-dancers in Bars. Same rules apply in Indian dance-bars as well!! So why is it so hard to believe that Akshay and John had a ‘no-sex’ rule and were just extremely popular strip-teasers?.

    4. Entry-form – What were you expecting?? A detailed 10-page Tome with Annexures? In a strip-club??? Huh, Huh?? As for asking for sexual preference in the form, obvious, obvious, obvious, YOU WILL NOT HAVE GAYS DANCING IN A GIRLS PARTY RIGHT?? As for Penis-size, please see point below.

    5. The ‘quarter-monties’ – Dude, Dude, maybe they actually did strip fully and showed off their 11-inch penises!! BUT OBVIOUSLY THEY CANNOT SHOW THAT IN THE MOVIE, RIGHT??? Nursery-level IQ my friend!!

    6. John being a LSE-grad – This is a MOVIE, in case you didn’t notice!! What’s so funny in him playing the role of a LSE-grad in a movie???

    7. Last panel – John’s problems with Deepika DOES get sorted out in the Bar!

    8. Foster home for the kid – Again, limited knowledge in this, but in case a court feels that grandparents are too old, do not have a steady income etc, then maybe custody of such a young child CAN be denied to them!! [Not sure :)]

    9. Segway usage and Bike parking – Sahil bhai, isn’t this nit-picking-to-an-unbelievably-sickening- degree from your side??

Poor Akki, his movies do not seem to work even when he ROCKS. He is fast slipping from the BO Star-list with even young guns like Ranbir overtaking him.
Akshay: From me and other like-minded fans, for all the entertainment you have given us in the past 20 years, here’s sincerely hoping that you Bounce-back with a Bang.

    • Anu says:

      A hard-core Akshay Kumar fan..

Cannot tell if trolling or serious.

    • mo says:

Dude, its a bollywood film. Logic does not apply to good bollywood films and this is one of the bad-er ones. Let it go!

    • CD says:

Wow! You are a true Akshay-fan. So true in fact that you (for some reason) also know the size of his penis. 11 inches?! I thought Akki was Indian…
If you’re a true fan of any actor who’s acted in a nitpick-worthy movie, then you would know better than to come and visit “Psycho-Sahil’s” blog. If you don’t like the nitpicks, then here’s an idea – go to an Akki fan site, and join the dozens of teenage girls there in gushing over him. Now I’m a fan of Akki too, although my interest has waned after a string of lousy movies. If he would only act in a decent action movie and stop all this comedy nonsense, my interest will be restored to full.

    • liya says:

dude, this is just a comedy. stop being so technical and enjoy the joke!!

  20. Jingle Bell says:

Agreed Straight Cut , definitely not one of Sahil’s best work.

Sahil :like your work very much, adds a totally different dimension to entertainment ,keep up the good work Sahil !!

  21. Rishabh says:

The first proposal scene and the courtroom scene were “inspired”, so to speak, from Sandler’s “Big Daddy”. Look it up! Poor source material = worse current material.

  22. mo says:

My boyfriend and I read this in NYC and get a good laugh each time. Most of his knowledge of Bollywood cinema comes from your reviews and it is usually rip-roaring! Since I don’t really care to watch the more mediocre films that our industry produces, this is a great source/update on that scene. Good job, rip em up!

  23. Meenakshi says:

Very innovative, entertaining and awsm!. Hah! I wud neva have watched the stupidmovie and anyways am sure this comic was far more interesting than that one– haha

  24. anonymous says:

Yo that’s sick Sahil… you rock!

  25. Poornima says:

You have me in stitches once again, Congratulations!

  26. Rakya says:

Eh Sahil man! Enduring crap-fuckn movies and catching precisely the mind numbingly stupid sequences of that movie and uski g**d maar dena is not so easy as it looks…Film-makers who underestimate the audience deserve this 3rd degree treatment of yours.. 😀

You my friend are a genius (although jealous pseudo-intellectuals wont agree)..keep up the funny work! Its Fawesome!

  27. Bakya says:

    Gud one!

  28. I notice there aren’t as many comments here as there generally should be, so this one is to purely make up the numbers.

    Also, ROFLULZ 😛

  29. By the way, you ARE aware that Hotmail is still the largest used email network in the world today, right? 😛

  30. Amyth says:

Sahil rizwan can come up with the most obvious points which we indians miss out just cos we are looking at Chitrangadha strip !!

  31. Naz says:

Not your best work mate…just about ok.

  32. Nupur says:

Fantastic work dude!! Couldn’t stop laughing!! Thanks for the entertainment!!!

  33. Lalit says:

    HI SAHIL,
I AM A BIG FAN OF YOUR WORK. THIS REVIEW DIDN’T MAKE ME LAUGH A LOT BUT THE POINTS YOU PUT IN WERE NOTE-WORTHY. I WISH THE END HAD MORE DRAMA AND TEARS, IT WOULD HAVE MADE THE MOVIE MORE SENSIBLE. BUT AGAIN, IT IS WHAT IT IS. I DIDN’T LIKE OMI VAIDYA COPYING HIS 3 IDIOTS AVATAR.. AND THE LAME COPY OF THE PEPSI AD.. .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    LAST,
CAN YOU PLEASE START A NEW SECTION RIPPING THE MOVIES FROM 1990’s AND THE 2000’s. I WOULD LOVE TO READ THE REVIEW OF DDLJ.. KUCH KUCH HOTA HAI.. KABHI KHUSHI KABHI GAM.. AND MANY MORE IF POSSIBLE. (AND SHOLAY PLEASE, IF YOU EVER HAVE TIME FOR IT)

  34. Lalit says:

AND THANKS FOR THE “ROCKSTAR” REVIEW. YOU SAVED ME FROM WATCHING THAT MOVIE. I LOVE IT WHEN YOU WRITE.. “WHAT THE BHEN..!!” WAITING EAGERLY FOR “THE DIRTY PICTURE” REVIEW.

  35. daaku says:

thank god i was a bitch and torrented the movie. skipped through and finished it in 15 minutes flat.

  36. eliza bennet says:

This one really made me laugh out loud.
This is not the type of film that got my attention and I lost my Akki love after TMK but after reading this I actually felt like checking it out.

  37. Devanshi says:

HAHAHAAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA! I was literally rolling on the fucking floor. Why does akki keep trying? Epic FAIL.

  38. El Mariachi says:

“Say hello to my little boyfriend” 😀 lolax

  39. Dipan says:

    Super !!!!

I wonder if Satish Kaushik was blamed for a “R@pe attempt ” after the Pepsi – wala interview :)

  40. Rishi says:

Nice! Loved the st-rip apart. I’ve written a note on facebook myself… check it out. http://www.facebook.com/notes/rishi-kamath/please-convey-this-to-mr-rohit-dhawan-so-mr-david-dhawan/10150991748190705

  41. hitesh says:

you forgot to mention one thing…
Akshay’s real name was Jignesh Patel…he recieved his degree with his uber cool nickname jerry patel…

  42. Abhishek says:

Not as funny as they used to be in past, even Rockstar wasn’t that great…either they r making better movies or Sahil u r getting complacent :) Though I agree that i wld have nehow just read ur review for this movie n never watch it. I did watch Rockstar though n loved it.

  43. Scribby says:

hilarious review, since I have watched the movie already,I can so relate to the bakwas that was shown and how aptly is depicted here :)

    Loved your site!

  44. Julie says:

Nice one !! I must confess that I do look forward to each and every one of your reviews. am glad you were hired by Cnngo, otherwise it took a very long wait to see your movie updates. It’s always a pleasure and worth a couple of fun re-reads when sharing with friends. In fact, these days surprised myself refreshing your site often to see if you ever had got a chance to review Vidya Balan’s TDP , Ladies vs RB and am sure would want to know your Don2 review as well. So I decided it would be much better to let you know directly that you have a couple of readers waiting impatiently for your insightful posts. Keep up the great work !!

  45. stickler says:

    TDP! TDP! We want TDP!

  46. i just found this blog and fall in love with it!…just awesome dude-:

  47. Anon says:

    And one more thing….
I felt ridiculed seeing the trailer when he says he’s MBA from LSE…… LSE is not a fucking MBA school. Moreover, I felt sad seeing how they ridiculed Oxford campus which I respect a lot, some desi bitch in Ox admin granted them permission to shoot such a dumbass movie.

But by reading this…. I can say, that was the smallest of their mistake.. :P!

  48. Steve says:

    Sahil dude! Where art thou?!
Can’t wait to read your take on Don2, Dirty Picture et al!

  49. Julie says:

Where are you, Sahil? miss your insightful takes on movies, hope you are doing well.

  50. Anand says:

Come on man, get out of your hibernation and review Don2! While desi boyz was a highly moronic movie, your review left much to be desired in terms of LOL moments. From Don2 review I am hoping for the same greatness we saw in Paa, MNIK and Ra.One reviews (you see, I am very reasonable, I am not even asking for the greatness level of Haunted 3D review)

  51. Ketan says:

The funny part is now I want to watch this film to see how ridiculous it is. And YES I agree with Anand, review DON 2. Abdul Jabbar needs a bra.

  52. kenden says:

i am desperately waiting for the review of don2 and players.

  53. Sneha says:

Amazingly crazy..i wish they make such dumb movies more often and you have this job and many a jobless people like me get free entertainment.

  54. Ashvini says:

Sahil..hope you are doing good. I everyday come to the site hoping you are back to updating it with much awaited Don 2 and players reviews..Please we are all waiting

  55. Cara says:

Sahil – I’d really like to know this.. what goes on in your mind when you watch such moronis movies? Does a stick figure panel pop up in your head everytime there’s a stupid scene on screen? :)

  56. Arun says:

LOL! love ayesha’s boobs… the ones drawn here and in real too 😉

  57. liya says:

fucking awesome!!! dunno why people are saying its not funny. i enjoyed it to the core! :))

  58. Sonal says:
